Process of Maharasa Ag Technical addition to Liquid Formulations :
Step 1:
To prepare a solution with Maharasa Ag Technical powder, add it to Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) in the recommended proportion. The ratio is 1 part of Maharasa Ag Technical powder to 5 parts of DMSO. For instance, if you are using 10 grams of Maharasa Ag Technical powder, mix it with 50 ml of DMSO solvent. Make sure to completely dissolve the particles.
Step 2 :
To prepare the product formulation, follow the regular method of adding the actives to the solvent as per the prescribed quantities. Deduct the quantity of DMSO required for dissolving the Maharasa Ag Technical from the total solvent quantity of the existing formulation.
Step 3 :
To the main solvent and actives solution, add the mixture of Maharasa Ag dissolved in DMSO and mix/blend for 2 hours. The Co-factors and Tanmatra will attach themselves to the Actives during this time. Add the Emulsifiers and balancing solvents/surfactants and Blend for another 1 hour or as per the specification of the formulation. Process of Maharasa Ag Technical addition to Powder Formulations :
Mix the powder actives and Maharasa Ag Technical in the calculated ratio using a ribbon blender or rapid mixer grinder for at least 1 hour to ensure homogeneity. Then, add fillers and other ingredients as per the formulation and mix for an additional hour. Pack the powder according to the specified requirements, and your Maharasa powered product will be ready to deliver exceptional results in the fields.
